Customer service and tech support.

My readers,

See if you agree with me on this. Right next to customer service telephone numbers and or tech support telephone numbers, I feel that all companies should indicate where their call centers are being located. As consumers, I believe we have the right to know who we'll be talking to at the other end of the phone line.

Hmm....I think this is a pretty good idea don't you think?

Well.. I guess every person has his own defintion of rights.

But i am wondering what purpose will it serve to customers?? Do you think you would feel more comfortable if you knew where the person you are talking to is located??

Everybody know where they are located. It's hard to understand them.
